In mid-2020, Darrell and Penny Rice started the concept for opening a liquor store in the Moore Oklahoma area. That dream became a reality on September 28th, 2021, when Goose’s Liquor Cabinet opened the doors for the first time. The liquor store business was a long way from the oilfield business that Darrell worked in for 37 years
